Contract Administrator Support

• The MSA’s scope includes five primary functions: safety, security and environment, site infrastructure and utilities, site business management, information resource and content management, and portfolio management.
• The DOE Hanford Site sits on 586-square miles located in Richland, Washington. Approximately 11,000 employees support the Hanford Cleanup mission through contractors or subcontractors and are located in multiple facilities throughout the Hanford site. The Mission Support Alliance Prime Contracts Organization is responsible compliance and negotiations regarding MSA’s scope.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
• The personnel support this subcontract must have documented experience in Contract Administration.
• The individual must be capable of performing contract functions which include: contractual interpretations to ensure compliance with contract requirements, delivery of contract deliverables, process notification of changes as needed, proposal support, review correspondence for contractual actions and other assignments as required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal will be necessary.
• This work will be performed onsite, all necessary computing assets and communication equipment will be provided to the staff augmentation personnel or subcontractor. This includes all hardware and software to connect to the Hanford Network.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Business related field (Economics, Accounting, etc.) and 5 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or a solid understanding of Prime Contracts

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in systems such as IDMS and E-Stars

SECURITY AND BADGING REQUIREMENTS:
A. For any on-site work, see On-Site Services Special Provisions for details.
B. The subcontractor shall wear a Buyer issued security badge identifying themselves. A minimum of two working days advance notice is needed for site badging.
C. Subcontractor employees will be required to submit to vehicle searches and not personally carry or transport certain prohibited articles.
D. If the Subcontractor under this scope of work will be required an access authorization (security clearance), then the following will apply. Will not require security clearance

WORK LOCATION / POTENTIAL ACCESS REQUIREMENTS:
Work location will be onsite at 1981 Snyder Building, Richland, WA. Occasional meetings held on site may need to be attended.

SITE ACCESS AND WORK HOURS:
• Hanford personnel at the Hanford Site work a standard 4/10 schedule. The standard work week consist of ten (10) hours of work between 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch, Monday through Thursday.
• Work performed outside normal operating hours shall be coordinated and/or approved through the BTR and/or the contract Specialist prior to performing the work.
