Journeyman Manual Machinists will work on a variety of equipment in support of manufacturing and sales goals. The ideal machinist will be able to move throughout the manual machining area and perform all operations to finish parts following blueprints provided. "Bridgeport" type mill and manual lathe experience must be at a journeyman level. Strong math, blueprint comprehension and communication skills are required. •High School Diploma or GED Required.
•5-10 years working as a Journeyman level Manual Machinist.
•Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
•Ability to read and comprehend measuring equipment.
•Strong math abilities, blueprint comprehension and verbal/written communication.
•Strong attention to detail with ability to follow detailed instructions.
•Ability to maintain a neat and organized work area while maintaining safety, quality and being consciousness of time to meet deadlines.
