Contract Manager

A bachelorís degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or business and a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience at the senior program level is required. The position requires demonstrated overall management of major projects dealing with base operations support activities to include: operations and maintenance, janitorial services, grounds and landscaping, snow/ice removal, pest control, trash, recycling, and hazmat disposal and Repairs (minor and major) and minor construction of facilities. This individual must have extensive experience as a program manager of a major government or commercial services base operations support contract. The position requires excellent communication, problem solving, analytical, and team building skills. The contract manager leads, manages, and integrates the overall activities of the organization to accomplish the overall operations and maintenance of the Base. The contract manager is responsible for strategic planning, personnel management, subcontractor interface, customer relations, operational planning and management and reporting.
