BHI is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Program Manager for a contract opportunity in Chattanooga, TN.
Manages all supply chain activities for sourcing including category management. Serves as primary point of contact to executive and senior management in project-related category management activities. Develops overall strategy, policies, and program direction for category management. Provides direction and oversight in development and negotiation on key category management projects.
Education. - BS degree in business or supply chain field or equivalent. Comprehensive experience, including experience in the utility industry. In-depth knowledge of materials management, inventory/database management, and procurement. Knowledge/skills/abilities --demonstrated ability to interpret broad policy matters and provide overall program direction. Demonstrated ability to contribute successfully to the cohesiveness, effectiveness, and success of materials management. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. In-depth knowledge of 10cfr appendix b, nuclear quality assurance program knowledge and experience candidate may be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance based on position / access requirements and essential job functions.
Education. - B.S. degree in business field or equivalent. Comprehensive managerial/supervisory experience, including experience in managerial capacity in the Utility industry.
Experience. - In-depth expertise of Supply Chain including strategic sourcing and category management. Candidate should have the ability to present presentations and develop presentations for executive audiences.
Certification/License, ETC -- PMP Desired
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities --Demonstrated ability to interpret broad policy matters and provide overall program direction. Demonstrated ability to contribute successfully to the cohesiveness, effectiveness, and success of the Sourcing program. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
