Contract / Temp to Direct / Direct Hire: Contract
One of our clients, a commercial nuclear power plant, has an urgent need for an SRO Licensed Operations Training Instructor. This is a long-term “contract assignment” anticipated to last twelve (12) months, with the possibility of an extension for a top performer. This utility is located near a metropolitan city which offers boating, fishing and other water recreation for the outdoor enthusiast. A market competitive Pay Rate and Per Diem awaits a qualified candidate!
As an SRO Licensed Operations Training Instructor, you will support the initial license training group. You will primarily be responsible for integrated plant operations training in the simulator. You will serve as the booth operator, and support classroom training as needed. You will support the ILT class through successful completion of the NRC exam.
The qualified candidate for SRO Licensed Operations Training Instructor MUST have:
* Current or recent experience teaching Licensed Operators at commercial nuclear power plant.
* Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License or Certification (PWR).
* Qualified Booth Operator.
* Ability to communicate well (verbal and written).
* Excellent references.
* Immediate availability.
