Technical Manager
A bachelorís degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience managing day-to-day technical operations of a large facility in which the site encompasses a number of buildings, roads, parking lots, and ancillary structures dispersed across multiple geographic locations. This position requires extensive experience in the service business to include HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Administrative and Technical Management of Maintenance, Engineering and Grounds/Janitorial Tasks, Quality Inspections, and Quality Control Programs. The individual shall have excellent organization skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced work environment with proven successes managing cost control, schedule control, and overall performance of a large facility dispersed over multiple geographic locations. Individual must have experience working with a union labor force.
