Looking to build a team of Junior to Mid-Level Procedure Writers for a Government Project in Washington state. The job responsibilities and qualifications for this position are listed below:
Support the development, review, approval, and issuance of construction related documents
Establish and maintain process controls for the development and revision of documents: documentation, systematic controls, and standards
Communicate with both construction and non-construction personnel to obtain deliverables associated with construction documents and facilitate resolution of identified issues
Coordinate meetings, prepare, and distribute notices, agendas, information packets, and minutes for procedure/guide review meetings
Perform duties as assigned by direct supervision
Proofread, edit, and coordinate the production of moderately complex documents
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience OR high school diploma and 7 years of related experience
Related experience includes, but is not limited to: researching, writing, editing, and formatting documents
Must be able to clear a physical examination and drug screen to obtain a badge to access the WTP Project Construction site
Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
Must be able to perform multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Possess the right to work and remain in the US without sponsorship
