UDR is a South Carolina-based, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) founded in 2012 providing support to Department of Energy sites/labs across the United States. UDR is currently seeking an Integration Manager for our client at the Hanford Site in Richland, WA. Description of Work
Responsible for managing the execution of pre-construction activities ensuring readiness, subcontract execution, change control and risk management pertaining to subcontracted work with deployed and matrixed resources and subcontract closure.

Evaluation of design changes for schedule and cost impact in coordination with the Buyer Technical Representative and Procurement Specialist.

Coordination with the Procurement Specialist for support of the pre-proposal activities, early definition of subcontract needs and development of Statement of Work and RFP documentation.

Implementation and compliance of construction policies and procedures for the safe and compliant execution, completion and closeout of construction activities.

Management of accruals, estimate-to- complete, and estimate-at-completion.

Review, approval, and submission of the “Daily Activity and Manpower Report” form.
Required Qualifications/Skills

Individual should have at least 15 years of work experience and a Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
In addition:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills is required.
Strong conduct of operations background.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Desired Qualifications/Skills
Hanford site experience highly desired. Individual must be able to solve both technical and programmatic/sequencing problems within the area of expertise and assignment. Project Management Professional certification desired.

(This contract assignment is for a period of 1 year with 2 option years that may be exercised.)
