OBJECTIVE

The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to obtain a subcontractor that will

perform in the role of an Entry Level Project Specialist to support the Tank Farm Project

organization.


DESCRIPTION OF WORK-SPECIFIC

The subcontractor shall perform the planning, organizing, and performing of specialized

administrative and/or technical duties in support of scheduled tasks in order to achieve

successful completion of project goals and deliverables. Monitor project activities,

timelines, and expenditures, and advise management of developments that could impact

project scope, schedule, and costs. Establish and maintain accurate and timely flow of

information. The duties related to the job position also to include:

Generate project related documents as required, Project Execution Plan, etc., and shepherd through approval process.

Shepherd engineering documents through approval process, e.g. learn Smart Plant Foundation, other project specific software.

With guidance from Project Manager/Engineer coordinate and manage purchase of project related materials using WRPS purchasing programs (Asset Suite, Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Ordering System).

Attend meetings for Project Manager, as required.

Develop, status, and maintain performance indicators for assigned projects.
PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS


Required Qualifications/Skills

BA/BS related discipline and 2 years relevant experience or a combination (as

approved) of education and experience in a project specialist capacity.

Demonstrated knowledge of planning, expediting, organizing and implementing

project activities.


Desired Qualifications/Skills

Candidate to have excellent communication skills and must be knowledgeable in

Microsoft Word ,Excel, and Smart Plant Foundation.


Work Location/Potential Access

The work location will be in the 200E Area of the Hanford Site in administrative building

2704HV, Room TBD. Visits to other Hanford facilities to include Smart Park, 2620

Fermi/Fermi Building, as required.
