Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Review of design change packages for constructability, installation, maintainability and material requirements. Coordination of planning for work-scope, specifically related to test development and coordination for pre-operational testing, functional testing, and post modification testing. Work with the contractor/vendor, third party engineering, operations, I&C Maintenance and planner and scheduler to develop and update testing requirements, testing guidance, planning, scheduling, and test implementation coordination. Act as Task Director, per procedures, for the contractor performing the field work and any outside vendor during installation and startup. Lead pre-job briefs to ensure craft and/or vendor follow Farley requirements and expectations. Review of purchase order/contracts to ensure the contractor/vendor meets all terms and conditions of the contract. Complete work order closeout as well as complete return to service documentation, as-built documentation and other design change closeout functions
Engineering and/or operations background preferred.
Procedure development experience desired.
Previous Turbine Replacement Project work experience desired.
Must be proficient in Word as well as general computer use.
Must be able to be badged for unescorted access.
