SUMMARY:
TFE is seeking an experienced Staff Augmentation Manager to join our team. The Staff Augmentation Manager will support the company’s organizational mission and work with our clients to understand what their staffing needs are. The individual in this position will be a strategic and consultative partner to our clients and work closely with the recruiting team to fill positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. The Staff Augmentation Manager will manage and provide support for contracts with the Department of Energy (DOE) and in the nuclear industry.

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
3.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
4.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
5.Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
6.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7.Ability to travel to client sites.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/JOB DUTIES:
1.Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred
2.10 + years of nuclear industry or Department of Energy (DOE) experience desired.
3.Demonstrated success supporting clients in the nuclear industry filling highly technical positions.
4.Manages the Staff Augmentation contracts.
5.Travels to client sites and meets with senior management.
6.Builds strong relationships with client in an effort to uncover new business opportunities.
7.Identifies challenges that our client faces and comes up with solutions to those challenges.
8.Works with clients to identify current and future hiring needs.
9.Provides solutions to complex recruiting requirements and issues.
10.Continuously grows and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
11.Contacts potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
