Contract Administrator needed for long term contract opening in Waynesboro, GA.

Summary of Position Duties:
This position will be responsible for matters related to all contract administrator duties for Maintenance contracts. This includes but not limited to, contract development, in processing, training, orientation, badging and logistics for independent contractors working on their assigned projects.

Additional responsibilities include the following:
• Establishing and maintaining contract documents and applicable folder structure
• Managing metrics for assigned contracts
• Coordinating with Project Managers and Task Directors to validate contract expenses and requests
• Facilitating purchase requests and change orders
• Coordinating and conducting appropriate commercial meetings for assigned contracts (i.e. pre-construction, progress review meetings, etc.)
• Ensuring that technical and quality information associated with contract changes has been appropriately reviewed and incorporated in contract
• Ensuring that contractors understand their responsibilities and site-specific expectations as required to the extent necessary based on each individual’s particular work activities
• Enforcing all contract requirements

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Business, Accounting, Finance or related degree
• 3-5 years related work experience

Preferences:
• Experience as contract administrator or related contract management duties
• Experience in power plant budgeting process or other publicly held company
• Experience with Maximo, Oracle, and PowerPlan software
• Capital and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) knowledge

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Well organized and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive in problem identification and resolution
• Computer literacy to operate comfortably among MS Word, Excel, Sofia, Maximo, Oracle, and PowerPlant software
