[Materials Manager] Equipment Coordinator

On-site Equipment Coordinator shall be responsible for ordering, coordinating delivery, tracking and overseeing maintenance and repair activities, and coordinating pickup for rented cranes/equipment. Person shall report to the Savannah River Site (SRS) to perform on-site equipment management services.

Areas of Responsibilities
Receive and process equipment rental justifications from end users
Track delivery dates and notify Management immediately in writing of discrepancies
Assist with receipt of cranes/equipment upon arrival and provide inspection documentation
Ensure equipment meets specifications and other salient features
Ensure manuals received are correct for equipment being received
Provide Preventive Maintenance Schedule as requested
Ensure preventive maintenance is performed on schedule Arrange for corrective maintenance to be performed
Track equipment from receipt through end of rental
Inform end user in advance of upcoming Preventative Maintenance (PM) needs
Track annual and periodic inspection requirements
Provide specific details associated to recalls so that users understand the issue and ensure it is followed up on correctly.
Submit Preventative Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and repair records (including recalls) to management as requested
Issue reports related to cost, quantities, etc.
Obtain Training Certification/Qualification records of subcontractors and ensure records are kept up to date and provided to management as requested
Provide flow-down safety/security requirements/information to subcontractors
Provide accurate and reliable information to satisfy audits as necessary
Provide immediate follow-up in writing should schedules for PM, CM, Repairs, Service, Delivery or Pickup change
Provide weekly work history report and monthly man hour reports. All activities must be coordinated through interface with management

Knowledgeable of heavy and light duty construction equipment
Versed in OSHA Requirements for Rental Equipment
Strong Management and Leadership skills
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
