Project Administrator:

DUTIES
Provide Project Administrator support to SRNS MOX-T Project. Primary responsibilities include interface with other SRS site entities, DOE (NNSA) sites and governmental agencies relative to disposition of former MOX property. Interface may include discussion(s) on:

• Property/Equipment availability
• Providing sufficient details, material specifications or similar information to enable potential Ordering Agencies to make an informed decision
• Providing services to the MOX-T Project Leadership Team relating to objectives for mission success
• Identifying and prioritizing backlogs
• Collaborating with stakeholders with focus on mutual success
• Providing feedback to the MOX-T Project Team members regarding process and performance
• Ensuring early and continuous communications with customers and stakeholders
• Providing value and delivering results for the benefit of the MOX-T Project

Project Administrator services shall be provided using SRNS processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRNS.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High School Diploma with 3 years of experience in project delivery activities or package preparation and/or property/material disposition OR Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in project delivery activities or package preparation and/or property/material disposition.

Experience/Skills:
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project delivery activities or package preparation and/or
property/material disposition. Demonstrate previous experience creating and revising documents for property management processes and procedures. Demonstrate experience working on the disposition of government property. Demonstrate experience executing the physical inventory of government property. Preferred Demonstrate experience with material management and warehouse operations. Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams to deliver results. Demonstrated ability to communicate clear, concise, and accurate reports, evaluations, documents, procedures, reviews, comment resolutions, email, and oral presentations. Demonstrate the ability to produce quality documents with attention to detail and meeting management defined expectations. Demonstrate the ability to coordinate, interface, and communicate clearly with management and other customers or stakeholders. Previous SRS Property Management experience and working knowledge of SRNS property processes and procedures (Preferred).

Area Security Access:
Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE “L” security clearance, if required at later date.
