Sr. Operations Support Specialist (Electrical Coordinator)

Pay Range: $39-$66/hr

TFE is seeking a Sr. Operations Support Specialist (Electrical Coordinator) to provide support for one of our clients.
1.Demonstrated ability in preparation of procedures and reports.
2.Understanding of and/or experience in procurements and subcontracts.
3.Maintains knowledge of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner, and, if supervising others, has responsibility for the safety of those being supervised; and ensures they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits
4.Skilled in oral and written communications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/JOB DUTIES:
1.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.
2.12+ years of operations experience preferred. Knowledge of project functions.
3.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to gain consensus in critical decision moments where there are differing needs.
4.Experience with P6 schedule, QA review, and reporting. A thorough understanding of a schedule's critical path.
5.Electrical background is needed. Preferences would include someone with electrical engineering, electrical supervisor, electrical lead, etc. experience.
6.Provide complex technical support to management on various programs, processes, and projects. Completes work assignments with a high level of quality and personal accountability, displaying strong skills in building relationships, communication, and motivating others to work together.
7.Provides day-to-day support to projects and operations to ensure; 1) compliance with policies, requirements, and procedures and; 2) objectives are met or exceeded.
8.Participates in conducting assessments, as requested
9.Compiles and analyze data for reports
10.Maintains flexibility to change and promote and/or support Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) activities
11.Participate in causal analysis and root cause analysis, as needed
12.Provide event critique and investigations services, in support of project work
13.Assist in requested design reviews, procedure reviews, proposal reviews, cost/benefit analysis, and the review and analysis of specific plant maintenance/operating problems
14.Act as technical/interpretative authority on applicable procedures, and ensure accuracy and timely development and revision
15.Familiar with established policies, methods, and practices of the Company
16.Completes work assignments with a high level of personal accountability, teamwork, initiative, and quality
17.Familiar with established policies, methods, and practices of the Company
18.Plans, coordinates, and executes difficult, unique, or specialized operational assignments.
19.Under minimal management direction, is responsible for providing complex technical support to management by providing advice on various programs, processes, and projects.
20.Investigates, analyzes, and determines solutions to problems; provides guidance to co-workers and management, regarding specific applications.
21.Performs other tasks, as assigned
