Help Desk Specialist I
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to:
• Work under direct supervision on routine tasks as per established procedures.
• Work with other team members and/or end-users to troubleshoot basic problems.
• Participate in the development of basic solutions
• Associate degree or technical diploma/degree in Information Technology and 2+ years of relevant experience in IT or 6+ years of relevant IT experience in an administration, support and/or oversight capacity.
