[Business Analyst] PRINCIPAL SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST/ADMINISTRATOR - AIKEN, SC

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide computing expertise and support of the Supply Chain Management business system software applications, which includes People soft, OBIEE, and several custom solutions.
Execute software implementation and administration activities that include, but are not limited to:
Maintain system configurations
Maintain system user access
Manage scheduled automations and routines
Provide user support, troubleshooting and problem resolution
Develop test plans and/or conduct testing of software bug fixes, new features and/or software maintenance projects
Define, create, and test OBIEE dashboards and analyses to support current and future business users needs.
Collect requirements for potential dashboards and analyses
Develop these dashboards and analyses in testing environments for review
Promote to production environment, collect feedback from users, and implement fixes
Develop and maintain ad-hoc reports as needed
Develop dashboards based on ad-hoc request for site-wide use
Work with users to develop their own ad-hoc reporting solutions
Act as a trainer for new users when needed.
Perform data analysis and data validation.
Perform data validation
Diagnose discrepancies, formulate solutions, and submit requests to IT when necessary
Update existing documentation (i.e. data flows, process flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Develop instructional documents/lesson plans on business relevant topics
Understand SCM priorities and objectives with respect to systems development and take an active role in accomplishing these objectives.

Work Hours:
Nominal 40 hrs/week. Flexible schedule to accommodate SCM management needs.
Area Security Access: No security clearance requirement

Education
Bachelorís degree w/ 5 yrs experience in People soft Finance Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules or Associate Degree w/ 6 yrs experience in People soft Finance Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules or Some College w/ 7 yrs experience in People soft Finance Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules or High School Diploma w/ 8 yrs. experience in People soft Finance Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules

Experience/Skills
Experience configuring People soft workflow for procurement transactions
Demonstrated strong problem solving, interpersonal, analytical, as well
as oral and written communication skills
Ability to develop and collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and other site OBIEE users on report requirements and support related strategies and initiatives
Ability to anticipate customer needs; looks for ways to make things better for the customer, and to eliminate recurring problems
Demonstrated previous knowledge and working experience of People soft Finance Supply Chain Management (FSCM) software
Demonstrated previous knowledge and working experience of OBIEE
software platform and report development within OBIEE
Experience using PS Query and TOAD for executing ad hoc database queries and reporting
Demonstrated relevant experience training others
Ability to work well with more senior personnel
Ability to provide immediate service without needing training on the core People soft Finance and Supply Chain Management modules and OBIEE software platform
Demonstrated experience in coordinating with leadership and working
with other users
Demonstrated working knowledge of the following computer software: OBIEE, MS VISIO, MS Office, SQL, Quest TOAD for Oracle or equivalent
