UDR Consulting Inc is seeking qualified candidates for a Subcontract Technical Representative - End User opportunity for our customer in Aiken, SC to support the Savannah River Site.

• Executing subcontract responsibilities as assigned by the Procurement Representative (PR)
• Administering subcontracts for non-manual services, as directed by an End-User Assignment Letter
• Coordinate and schedule required site training
• Ensure compliance with subcontract requirements to include deliverables.
• Reviewing and approving invoices for payment of non-manual off-site service and material subcontracts as designated by the PR
• Monitor the expenditures of the subcontract to ensure funding and labor hour limitations are not exceeded.
• Provide monthly accruals information to Project Controls and management as required.
• Provide level of leadership and self-motivation in performing required/expected work while acting as liaison between subcontractor and Procurement Representative.
• Facilitate and verify subcontract deliverables
• Execute responsibilities as assigned by the respective manager/procurement representative
• Provide administrative oversight in the areas of supplier work execution, and timekeeping
• Provide documentation of supplier safety, security, and services rendered
• Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRNS.

Bachelor’s degree in technical or non-technical field.

• Integrity- understands how his or her actions affect the sites “output” as well as others and acts accordingly
• Teamwork – Forms “team” relationships and resolves differences and serious conflicts among team members and affiliated organizations
• Previous SRS or DOE facility experience is preferred.

Work Hours:
A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRNS utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRNS holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch.
