Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for Administrative Assistant 3 opportunity for our customer in Los Alamos, NM to support the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
SCHEDULE: 4-10'S, M-Th
Provides administrative support for a wide variety of generalized office-related activities. Specific duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to: tracking and conveying messages; generating internal and external correspondence; maintaining electronic and hardcopy files; coordinating calendars, schedules, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements; ordering supplies; and serving as a resource for staff regarding established administrative policies and procedures.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Associate degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through to completion on multiple tasks, often under strict deadlines with frequent interruptions, and changing priorities in a dynamic and fluid working environment.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to expert experience with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Ability to work with sensitive and personal information for employees in a professional manner
Customer Service/Communication Skills. Must be willing to pick up the phone and talk to people from various backgrounds
Oracle, SAP, Concur, and Purchasing experience preferred
Possess a current Active Q clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance. Candidates with active clearance are preferred.
