ANR Group Inc is accepting resumes for a Special Projects Located in Richland, WA.

Special Projects include but are not limited to managing day to day activities associated with the following:
• Managing day to day activities associated with implementing the Craft Daily Support Log program
• Develop and implement Craft Daily Support Log (CDSL) Procedure updates
• Review CDSL’s for delay impacts, redirection, and other work activity (OWA) impacts, trending and tracking
• Coordinating resolution of identified delays/other work activities associated with the CDSL inputs
• Key Interface with Site Compliance Reviewer
• Responsible for Site Compliance Reviewer observations resolutions
• Key interface with WTP Controller organizations associated with CDSL entries and observations
• Managing assessments of programs/procedures within the Bechtel organization at WTP
• Providing leadership and support to WTP technical and scope representatives in resolving CDSL questions
• Participating in the project office and field meetings with project team members and client personnel as required
• Facilitating resolution of interface issues between WTCC departments associated with CDSL entries
• Interface and liaising between WTP and WTCC Controller organizations observation resolutions
• Interface and liaising between WTCC Controller and supervision associated with CDSL observations
• Responsible for CDSL Monthly report preparation, metric updates, and analysis of identified delays and other work activity impacts


• Advanced level of knowledge of construction, start-up and maintenance, work processes
• Demonstrated ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with peers, management, and customers
• Demonstrated flexibility to respond to urgent project requests and/or changing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in an Engineering, Construction, or other related field and 6 years of related experience, or 12 years of progressive related experience in lieu of a degree


• Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical (if located at the construction site), and background check which includes verification of employment and education
• Upon reporting, must be able to complete and pass a medical evaluation for badging purposes. Must have full mobility, be able to walk on uneven or broken surfaces (rocks, gravel, etc.). The examination includes, but is not limited to ability to pass blood pressure test, able bend, twist, pull, push, climb, and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the Hanford Site
• Possess the right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorship


• Previous experience as a member of the leadership team on a nuclear power project
• Experience on large EPC projects with the US government
• Experience in the nuclear industry


If applicable, mobilization and demobilization expenses (mileage, lodging, and M&IE) are authorized to and from the assignment location if point of origin is more than 50 miles away. Demobilization is authorized only if the assignment is completed per the assignment end date, or Bechtel ends the assignment earlier than specified.

Contract employees are expected to drive their own car to the assignment location. Lodging plus methodology is approved for the settling-in period of the first 30 days or until long-term lodging is occupied, whichever occurs first. For mobilization, demobilization and during the settling-in period all charges, except M&IE per diems, are to be invoiced by the agency to Bechtel with required receipts. After long-term lodging is occupied, or the 30-day period has elapsed, the per diem allowance for lodging, meals and incidental expenses will be no more than 55% of the approved FTR rate. Meals will be expensed via daily entry into myTime time record system. Expense reports including receipts will continue to be required for lodging. Actual lodging costs up to 55% of the approved FTR rate will be reimbursed.

Contract employees on single status assignments of 3 months or more may be granted trips home. Trips are not to exceed a frequency of once every 28 days provided that a minimum of 30 days, from the trip departure date, remain in the assignment. Trips are expected to be scheduled over the weekends and will be on the contract employee’s own time. Up to 3 days of home leave travel expenses will be reimbursed including parking and car rental at home (if own car was driven to project location). M&IE is only paid on travel days. Deviations in home leave schedules require project approval. Reimbursement for travel via common carrier (airline, train, or bus) may not exceed the cost of economy class airfare.
