HukariAscendent is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business specializing in comprehensive engineering and technical support services associated with commercial nuclear power and other Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear activities.
We are looking for a Risk Analyst Provide Risk Management Specialist staff augmentation support to SRNS. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to the following tasks:
1. Perform routine technical services ( obtain risk data and upload into the site risk database, analyze data, recommend and implement solutions)
2. Prioritize risks as an enterprise, program, project, and/or operational risk, and support organization owners in their mitigation efforts.
3. Interface with site organizations and help them implement the site's risk management requirements.
4. Training/mentoring services.
5. Other technical services to ensure full execution of risk program requirement.
Duration: 12 Months (2000 hours S/T and 200 O/T per year).
Required Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor's Degree and at least 15 years' experience in Risk Management and / or System Engineering practices.
Candidate must demonstrate at least 15 years of experience as a Risk Management Specialist and/or system engineering practices in the nuclear or similar industry.
Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience working at one or more of the DOE/NNSA facilities.
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of experience using the Active Risk Management (ARM) software.
One or more of the following experiences must be demonstrated:
Communicate risk program elements and results to various levels of management.
Support the development of a Risk & Opportunity Management Plan (ROMP).
Support the development of a Risk & Opportunity Analysis Report (ROAR).
Develop a Risk Register.
Support specific functions (Program Management, Project Management, and Operations) in risk development and analysis.
Area Security Access: Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" security clearance. An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties. After award, the selected candidate will be notified when to apply for a clearance based on specific work assignments.
