Tritium Program SME – 710845 – SRS

JOB SUMMARY
DUTIES and TECHNICAL SCOPE OF WORK:
Candidate shall provide Program Management, Project Management and Business, Planning, and Integration leadership to advance the Tritium mission.

Duties require building collaborative relationships to execute strategic initiatives and meet various Weapons Activity program deliverables. This scope requires working with the NNSA HQ Federal Program Managers, Tritium leadership, Tritium program managers, cost center managers, and BSRA for support as needed.

Duties require an experienced working knowledge of DOE Project and NNSA Program
Management Policies and Directives and application to NNSA Facilities, particularly
Tritium.

Duties require preparing Business Plans for various Weapons Activities tritium initiatives using Tritium Program Management experience. Develop work authorization and multi-fiscal year baselines, including scopes taking earned value in support of NNSA Programs and documenting the process.

Develop and implement management systems and tools for managing mission-driven staffing and document processes.

Provide NNSA Program management knowledge transfer and mentoring to the next generation of SRTE – Savannah River Tritium Enterprise - Program Managers.
