SUMMARY:
Provide staff augmentation services in support of training for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) in the
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) of assigned instructional programs in
accordance with approved Training Program Descriptions and Training Plans. General responsibilities include
attending training to qualify for SME/instructor status on one or more courses, reviewing and providing input for
course and exam improvements, grading course exams and providing feedback for students, providing instruction
for specified engineering courses to engineers to include but not limited to:
o Conduct of Operations for Engineers
o Use of Engineering Standards
o SmartPlant Foundation (SPF)/E7
o Nuclear Science & Criticality Controls
o Asset Suite
o Heat Transfer, Fluid Flow & Thermodynamics
o Process Instrumentation
o Process Controls
o Safety Basis/CHAP/Functional Classification/Emergency Management
o Mechanical Components, Drawings, & Documents
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
1. BS Degree in an applicable engineering discipline (e.g. electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, nuclear,
chemical, computer science, computer related, etc.)
2. Demonstrated fifteen (15) years of experience in an Engineering Role
3. Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills.
4. Demonstrated skill set in use of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
5. Ability to develop and deliver technical classroom training.
6. Ability to attend and qualify for Subject Matter Expert/Instructor Status on numerous training topics.
7. Demonstrated familiarity with engineering manuals, procedures, standards and engineering programs at
EGS, INC.EGS, Inc. is a government contractor that complies with Executive Orders 11246, 13672, 13665, as well as Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of
1973, as amended, and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended VEVRAA. As such, the term “contractor” will apply to

Applicants for positions requiring access authorizations: reviews, and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4, will be conducted
by the employer and a background investigation by the Federal government may be required to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and
subsequent reinvestigations may be required. If the position is covered by the Counterintelligence Evaluation Program regulations at 10 CFR 709, successful
completion of a counterintelligence evaluation may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
