POSITION DESCRIPTION
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
Collect data that will provide insight on space attributes for improved WP&C, Space Management and Strategic Planning​​
Input data in accordance with provided process
Use computer systems for data collection and analysis (ProjectWise, Maximo, FCS, Tririga, etc.) ​​​​​​
Confer with or ask questions on any anomalies or hard to characterize spaces​​​​​​
Interface with customers and building managers to obtain data and/or arrange access for Level 2 room walkdowns
Perform walkdowns to validate and/or collect data
Provide project updates and debriefs to the REOP Project Team
Collaborate with others to review data for consistency and future sustainment
Partner with the REOP Project Team so future efforts mirror this initial collection methodology
Training will be provided on:
Data collection process and characterization standards
Computer systems for data collection and analysis
Facilities process and procedures
Level 2 Room Data Configuration Collection Spreadsheet

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA in engineering or science plus two (2) years of relevant experience or a high school diploma plus five (5) years of relevant experience,
Position requires an Active DOE Q Security Clearance or Active TS DoD Clearance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Able to read, interpret, and understand drawings to evaluate building systems, equipment types, and facilities information to make determination and collect data,
Can consistently and accurately apply Facilities Information Management System (FIMS) codes to convey space design intent,
Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening,
Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience on DOE sites and programs.
