Project Manager (Design Data Coordination)
Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders) applicable to design.

Responsibilities:
·Manage and control the project’s cost and schedule by ensuring that effective project controls are in place and functioning properly.
·Establish and update the Fluor Business Risk system throughout the project life-cycle.
·Execute the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project.
·Ensure effective and timely coordination among design, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, and maintenance teams for integration of technical content and schedule activities.
·Ensure timely preparation and issuance of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages according to schedule to support project execution activities.
·Implement effective design coordination with licensors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure proper and complete integration within the project plan
·Ensure effective interface management with third parties.
·Ensure that project invoices are submitted to the client in accordance with Fluor contract requirements and proactively follow up on accounts receivable and the timely receipt of payment in order to minimize the cost of cash.
·Keep supervisor and senior operations management of the business line fully informed on project status.
·Provide status reports of project activities that include required financial reporting, and participate in project reviews.
·Ensure that project records are identified, collected, indexed, filed, stored, and maintained (including supplier records) in accordance with the project file index and retention schedule.
·Mentor Fluor personnel
·Typically manage personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities, and timely performance feedback
·Organize and prioritize a variety of complex projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
·May need to travel to attend to business related matters.

Education and Experience:
·Bachelor of Science with at least 15 years’ professional experience (nuclear preferred) in relevant design/field experience required.
