DUTIES
Establish and manage numerous diverse project control deliverables.
Providing EVMS direction, assist with project cost, schedule, scope, and subcontract matrices.
Adhering to CLIENT quality, environmental, and safety objectives.
Lead Weekly Schedule Status during Plan of the Week Meetings with Project Team, Engineering Contractors, and Stakeholders.
Ensure all schedule data and forecast data are accurate and reliable with credible project execution basis.
Provide solid critical path analysis.
Communicate potential issues and resolutions to Project Management daily.
Train entry level schedulers.
Coordinate with Cost engineers for effective integration.
Resolve schedule health (Acumen Fuse) issues in a quick turnaround.
Run Acumen Fuse for schedule quality check.
Maintain and update project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Dictionary.
All work shall be performed using CLIENT systems/software.
May supervise others; prepares or assists in preparation of estimating, scheduling, or cost engineering requirements for a project or assignment.
Review work for completeness as required by project specifications and scope definition.
Applies standard cost and/or scheduling data to departmental programs or systems.

Work Hours:
A 40-hour work week is scheduled. CLIENT utilizes various work schedules, including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes CLIENT holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch. Work hours in excess of forty hours a week may be required, as authorized by CLIENT management.

Area Security Access:
No clearance required.
(1) The following table shows the Equivalency Requirements that may be applied in lieu of education and experience. The evaluation must explain in detail when using these equivalences. (see evaluation) (1) General Education Development (GED) or vocational degree = high school diploma (2) A.S./A.A. degree = Two (2) year general experience (3) B.S./B.A. = Four (4) additional general experience (4) M.S./M.A. = Six (6) years additional general experience (5) Ph.D. = Eight (8) years additional general experience
(2) The following clarification applies to all experience requirements. The evaluation must explain in detail when using these equivalences. (see evaluation)

At CLIENTs option, related experience may be substituted for education. In certain cases, depending on the needs of NNSA Capital Projects the following will be considered in lieu of minimum education and experience: unique education, specialized experience, skills, and/or knowledge, specialized training, nationally recognized certification, military training and/or experience, quantity, and quantity of experience, and/or exceptional Grade Point Average.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Experience / Skills
Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (“L” or “Q”) within the past two years.
10 or more years related experience and/or a combination of education and experience equaling 12 years, such as an associate degree and 10 years’ experience.
P6 schedule management experience greater than 10 years.
Ensure all schedule reporting is compliant with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and reporting.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance.
