We are seeking a highly motivated member with excellent communication, customer service and time management skills to support the Product Definition Tools and Resources department 2966. The selected candidate will perform a variety of roles and responsibilities in Creo Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of the Design Engineering community. Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite.

On any given day, the selected applicant will be asked to:

· Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve

PTC CAD application matters.

· Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve

PDMLink/Creo integration matters.

· Test and Configure PTC CAD applications and associated libraries.

· Deploy PTC CAD configurations and associated libraries.

Mentor less-experienced staff.

Qualifications we Require: Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or other relevant degree.

Five years of relevant experience

Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written

Experience using CREO (Pro/ENGINEER) solid modeling application software

This is a CREO support position, looking for someone who has a strong background in CREO or who is a subject matter expert. This is NOT a design position. The candidate will not be performing mechanical design with this role.
