JOB SUMMARY
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide Project Control and Scheduling support services to the NNSA Capital Projects mission being performed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), LLC. The primary focus of these support efforts shall provide assistance and support to the SRNS NNSA Capital Projects initiative by the valuation of the various project scopes, costs, schedules, and management plans and development of support procedures and processes for project integration interface with engineering and procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor�s degree in business with 10 years related experience or Associate�s degree with 12 years related experience.

Experience/Skills:
� Minimum of 10 years related scheduling experience.
� Candidate must have strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
� Reviews work for completeness as required by project specifications and scope definitions.
� Work with Estimating to ensure smooth, error-free integration of P6 activities with Hard Dollar and Cobra.
� Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (�L� or �Q�) within the past two years.

Licenses

o Reference check to evaluate performance capability may occur.
o Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE �Q� security clearance

o U.S. Citizen

o Supplier must identify if candidate is actively supporting SRNS via full service employment or a staff augmentation task order agreement (includes subtier agreements).

o Offeror must identify sub-tier company if applicable with proposal.
Work Hours:
A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRNS utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hour/day; five days per week), 4/lO' s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and 9/80' s (9 hours/day, five days on week AA and four days on week BB. Work week excludes SRNS holidays. Each workday has 30-minute lunch. Overtime will be expected at times to meet deliverables and will be utilized at the discretion of the Design Authority Manager. These positions will not offer the option to telework initially.

Area Security Access:
� Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE �Q� security clearance. Supplier shall possess a positive FOCI determination from DOE which includes �Q� security clearance level. An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties. After award, the selected candidate will be notified when to apply for a clearance based on specific work assignments. Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (�L� or �Q�) within the past two years are preferred.
