Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer opportunity to support an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project.

Work Location: Greenville, SC

Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer-

Responsibilities:
Conduct construction document reviews as required.
Plan, organize, and coordinate process/mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined design projects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projects including project startup.
Familiarity with computer-aided drafting applications.
Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations and specifications.
Demonstrate design experience in areas such as, but not limited to, mechanical systems, water and waste systems, and equipment design.

Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
A minimum of ten (10) years� experience (nuclear preferred) in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering.
Prepare and review calculations and specifications relating to P&ID development.

Other Job Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Working knowledge of Federal (including DOE Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design.
