- In depth knowledge of the SAT process per ACAD 02-001 and industry standard governance
• Design, develop and implement the training program for PLANT™ systems (BWR/PWR)
• Integrate program curriculum into a predictable training schedule.
• Analyze student performance gaps and apply appropriate remediation.
• Analyze exam results for understanding of student and/or program shortfalls.
• Provide oversight of student behaviors and demonstration of knowledge comprehension
• Resolve programmatic gaps from student feedback and management observations.
• Timely communication of program challenges and student academic performance gaps
• Maintain program configuration control through the Vision™ software database.
• Apply “Adaptive Learning” as appropriate.
