JOB SUMMARY
Subject Matter Expert shall provide SRPPF design support from an operations perspective to the NNSA Pu Programs and Operations mission being performed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), LLC. The primary focus of these support efforts shall provide assistance and support to the SRNS NNSA Pu Programs and Operations SRPPF initiative. Support in the form of 3D Model and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality design reviews and development of support procedures and processes for project integration interface with engineering and procurement.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide personnel for project controls to support the SRNS NNSA Pu Programs and Operations, including the following:
� Reviewing SRPPF Design from an Operations perspective utilizing the 3D Model and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR).
� Provide written and verbal analysis and recommendations to management. All work shall be performed using SRNS systems/software.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Master�s or Bachelor�s degree and extensive specialized training; or extensive experience applicable to special needs of the task or highly specialized training directly applicable to the task area.
Experience/Skills:
�• Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (“L” or “Q”) within the past two years.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in applicable role.
• Minimum of 10 years in an executive role or a highly specialized area applicable to the special or unique needs of the task.
• Recognized in federal program or project area or federal technical community as a leader in applicable subject matter.
• Pu Operations experience performing design reviews from an Operations perspective.
• Demonstrate skills using computer software including word processing, email, spreadsheets, power point, and databases.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance.
• Reference check to evaluate performance capability.
• Provide Candidate’s telephone number.
• Offeror must identify as a sub-tier company if applicable with proposal
• U.S. Citizen.
• Offeror must identify if candidate is actively supporting SRNS via full service employment or a staff augmentation task order agreement (includes subtier agreements).

Work Hours:
A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules, including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRNS holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch. Work hours in excess of forty hours a week may be required, as authorized by SRNS management.

Area Security Access:
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE �Q� security clearance. Supplier shall possess a positive FOCI determination from DOE which includes �Q� security clearance level. An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties while clearance request is processing. After award, the selected candidate will be notified when to apply for a clearance based on specific work assignments. Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (�L� or �Q�) within the past two years are preferred.
