System One is currently seeking a Licensed Operator Initial Simulator Operator/Instructor on a 17 month contract position located in Waynesboro, GA.

Simulator Operator/Instructor Responsibilities:
Office setting working fully out of Training Center at the plant.
Will split time between office (20%), in the unit (<10%) and simulator (70%)

Simulator Operator/Instructor Requirements:
Experience with simulator instruction and operation.
Knowledge of the systematic approach to training and accredited/Ops training programs (SAT and ADDIE).
Former Instructor experience or qualification preferred, OR former SRO License with operator mentoring/training interface experience acceptable.
PWR Operations experience a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
Vision software a plus.
PPE equipment is required.
