We are looking for a Licensed Operator Initial Simulator Operator/Instructor (2) to support Vogtle 3 & 4 operator training and certification with the following qualifications:

Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
a. Simulator instruction and operation.
b. Knowledge of the systematic approach to training and accredited/Ops training programs (SAT and ADDIE).
c. Former instructor experience or qualification preferred OR, former SRO License with operator mentoring/training interface experience acceptable.
d. PWR Operations experience a plus
e. Experience with Microsoft Office products required. Vision software a plus.

Work environment:
Office setting working fully out of Training Center Bravo at Plant Vogtle 3&4. Will split time between office (20%), in the unit (<10%) and simulator (70%)

Unescorted access to nuclear plant is required

Estimated duration: Est. Start 4/15/24 with 18 months duration or 5/20/24 with 17 months duration
