We are searching for a Marketing and Communications Project Management Lead for a 1 yr. contract assignment. Responsible for driving the Supplier Diversity and Inclusion corporate strategy by managing marketing, communication, events, and supplier relations deliverables throughout the project timeline. This position ensures timely completion and adherence to quality and brand standards. The role involves working both internally and externally to develop efficient, creative, and strategic marketing, communications, event, and supplier relations solutions. Writing, messaging, and public relations duties are also part of this role. Project management of task execution, metrics, and analysis related to MarCom, events, supplier relations, and advocacy groups-membership. Location: Juno Beach, FL The essential job functions include:

  • Includes defining strategic needs and ROI, proposing alternative solutions, effectively communicating, and clarifying needs to team leadership, managing multiple stakeholders and project timelines, maintaining project budgets and metrics, routing work for review/approval, and evaluating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of each project.
  • Performing quality control on projects throughout the entire process.
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on projects as needed and communicating changes with the team and requesters.
  • Ensuring proper use of brand elements across the organization.
  • Creating and maintaining solutions and processes to support the team's efficiency.
  • Organizing, managing, assigning, clarifying, and tracking projects and tasks.
  • Develop, and track the effectiveness of online and printed materials, online and print MarCom assets.
  • Leading MarCom and (social) media, events, marketing assets, and more to build brand equity internally and externally, promoting and advocating for small and diverse business growth and inclusion.
  • Establishing workflows for each project type to establish repeatable standard work.
  • Being the lead writer and graphics designer for all marketing and communications and reporting deliverables, including internal and external communications, social media, speaking points, brochures, trade show assets, signage, and flyers for meetings, events, trade shows, supplier engagements, etc.
  • Establish processes to effectively manage supplier relations to ensure strong communication and tracking of new and existing diverse suppliers within Supplier Diversity and with key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and assessing SDI metrics along with the lead analyst.
  • Marketing - support with emails, new letters, outreach, support graphics, running a campaign.
  • Be the point person on ensuring the suppliers are engaged with outreach, everyone stays connected,
  • Build relationships and identify new diversity suppliers.
Required Qualifications/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, plus 5 years experience required.
  • The ideal candidate would possess outstanding project management, writing, Excel, graphics, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and quick learning abilities with accurate and quick completion of tasks
  • Must have strong marketing, communication, and PR skills, be highly efficient, and be a strategic thinker who can work with various stakeholders at various levels of the organization to drive the corporate strategy.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and brand standards.
  • Attend Tradeshows and Conferences 10% Travel.
