Indirect sourcing Lead will be responsible for Global Supply Chain Indirect Category strategies with global stakeholder requirements and global laws/regulations. Exhibit procurement/sourcing expertise to negotiate, award and administer professional services contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with assigned Category Managers for Indirect Categories:
  • • • General Professional Services: Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Travel, Subscriptions, Memberships
      • Human Resources (HR) Professional Services: Employee Benefits, Training, Recruitment
• Solicit quotations and analyze proposals; utilize Westinghouse sourcing tools (ARIBA Sourcing) for large, complex indirect sourcing events.
• Conduct supplier solvency reviews using Westinghouse supplier solvency tools (Rapid Ratings and D&B Credit Risk Module)
• Negotiate contract agreements with global suppliers.
• Negotiate, record, and monitor one-time and recurring cost savings in WAVE software tool.
• Request and monitor supplier records on the Westinghouse Approved Supplier List (ASL), as required.
• Correct data as necessary to improve indirect spend databases.
• Implement and manage global ARIBA Catalogs with Indirect partner suppliers.
• Serve as escalation point for procurement/invoicing issues associated with global Indirect partner suppliers; oversee resolution of disputes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, Westinghouse stakeholders and Global Supply Chain peers in Account Management, Operations and Supplier Performance Excellence (SPE) pillars.
• Bridge gap between indirect and direct materials/services
• Lead identification, development, and implementation of best practices for global requirements; lead quality improvement initiatives where appropriate

• BA in Supply Chain, Business or similar
• 3-5 years supply chain experience, (experience on similar role will be an advantage)
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues.
• Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable
