ELA will fund an individual contributor Sales support role- Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) based in Asia. This incumbent will report into ELA, and take direction from the two Product Managers and have a matrix reporting line to Asia Sales VP. The CSE will support Asia Account teams in development of opportunities creation of capture plans. The key performance measurement for this role is the achievement of Sales objective (OE, MAS%) which will be set by ELA upon alignment with ASIA Sales VP and Asia Account team. Geographical coverage for this role includes China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and India (Tentative).Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

  1. Partnering with Asia Account Teams and Asia OPS VP Sales to identify customer needs and define technical requirements for applicable product areas and communicate them to the Product Lines.
  1. Prioritize, define and implement product promotion and technical sales tactics for applicable product areas.
  1. Closely interact and communicate with customers to ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by customers and stakeholders.
  1. Utilizing the voice of customer data, customer technical requirements, and market intelligence, the position holder will work with product lines/segment leaders to enhance product offerings, recommend delivery improvements, and assess technical requirements for new product development concepts.
  1. Support Account Team to development of opportunities creation of capture plans; and closely work with OMS Segment Leaders to establish the market price for applicable product areas.
  1. Support offer development by providing product information (in collaboration with product lines), technical specifications that fulfill customers' needs and recommending winning value propositions.
  1. Develop and execute global market pull/product push tactics for applicable product areas.
  1. Facilitate the Integrated Market Plan process (for assigned product areas) and drive implementation actions specific to applicable product areas for Asia.
9. Provide support and maintenance of D365 and Wave pipeline growth in the assigned territories
