Opportunity Overview: CONTRACT WECTEC Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Global Finance team in support of our Outage Maintenance Services business. Position will report to Piedmont, SC but would be hybrid. What your day-to-day looks like:

• Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and other monthly
• Report monthly earnings to Segment Senior Leadership
• Preparation responsibilities and review outside auditor schedules to support annual audit and special audit requirements.
• Preparation and consolidation of Business Segment variance analysis
• Preparation of financial information to support internal and external reporting requirements
• Preparation of weekly A/R reports and reconciliation of reports to secondary system
• Preparation of cash application variance analysis
• Preparation of other adjunct reports on an as needed basis

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in financial role (financial planning and accounting)
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards
• Extended skills in use of MS Excel
• Strong analytic skills and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Sage or SAP is a plus
