This position is located within the Westinghouse facility in Shoreview, MN about 20-minutes outside of Minneapolis. No relocation will be provided for this position. Your Day-to-Day:A Receiving/Shipping Specialist handles incoming and outgoing packages in a warehouse. Job duties include tracking inventory, keeping accurate records, packaging, and weighing items, developing shippers, printing shipping labels and postage, inspecting goods received for damage, and distributing products to other departments.

• Perform material handling duties as needed.
• Receive material including performing proper SAP transactions and initial inspection.
• Develop Shippers (Domestic and International).
• Perform inventory duties as needed.
• Package/crate product.
• Operate Forklifts, Overhead cranes, and chop saws.
• Interface with Project Managers.

• 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to read and understand contract language.
• Ability to prepare shippers accurately.
• Forklift Certification.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• SAP knowledge.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
