THIS IS PRIMARILY AN ON-SITE POSITION, WITH NO MORE THAN 50% TELEWORK OPPORTUNITY. DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES WHO NEED GREATER THAN 50%-100% TELEWORK*

DUTIES:
The subcontractor shall provide expert functional support for the PeopleSoft Finance Supply Chain Management software ERP application. The subcontractor will be responsible for providing direct support to the SRNS Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization to move various Peoplesoft improvement initiatives forward. The subcontractor will have responsibility for working with customer to resolve Peoplesoft problems of varying degrees of complexity. Additionally, the subcontractor shall also present continuous improvement solutions and enhancements to meet business needs while reducing customizations. Tasks will require effective and professional communication skills (both written and oral) when interacting with SCM stakeholders, information technology (IT) staff and customers. Task will require creating and presenting various written documents typical of a software project, such as; Functional Requirements Documents, Fit Gap documents, Test Plans, Project Schedules, Status Reports, etc. Will act as a mentor to SRNSs IT and functional staff by sharing insights and prior lessons learned from previous PeopleSoft experience.

Adhere to all required SRNS IT protocols and standards in the support of enterprise computer system applications. Be available on site during normal business hours for questions, resolve problems, etc. This position may occasionally use a flexible work schedule which may include some overtime (OT) or schedule adjustment as needs arise to support ongoing system operations such as month-end or year-end closing, and system upgrades. Generate electronic weekly status reports to IT lead and subcontract technical representative (STR). Subcontractor should be able to work with little to no direction to complete assigned tasks.

WORK HOURS:
A 40-hour work week is scheduled. Subcontractor must work all 40 hours onsite except at SRNS's discretion may be permitted to work remotely. A set schedule on workdays/hours will be determined upon subcontractors arrival; preferred options are either 5 8-hour days, 4 10-hour days, or existing site schedule on AA shift (9-hour days, every other Friday off, Fridays worked is an 8-hour day). Each workday has a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

AREA SECURITY ACCESS:
Security Clearance is not required.
