Description:
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide Energy Northwest with management, technical support and consultation as required for Quality Assurance Program development as detailed below:

- Quality Assurance Program Document (QAPD) development, review, and approval.
- QA oversight and general consulting.
- QA program implementing procedure development, review and approval.
- QA oversight activities related to Construction Permit Application development.
- Quality Control activities related to establishing a Qualified Supplier List and auditing suppliers to perform safety-related services.
Energy Northwest will utilize various levels of staff to perform these activities and with rates commensurate with their skill levels of support.
