Oversees projects and programs typically valued at under $10M, including independent planning, scheduling, and activity management. Leads teams of more than ten members and is usually assigned complex, multidiscipline projects where strong leadership is essential. Sets priorities within projects and maintains a broad understanding of all aspects within the project scope. Directs project team activities, stays informed on new technologies and industry trends relevant to assigned projects, and monitors project management processes to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. Manages project budgets in close collaboration with finance and project controls teams, coordinates with other project and line managers, and provides coaching and mentorship to other project managers. Acts in the supervisor/manager's place when necessary. Recognized as proficient in all aspects of project management, including large-scale, complex, multidiscipline projects, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
