Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of drafting experience required
Associate�s degree in Drafting is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:

Perform CAD drafting for:
Boundary surveys
Transmission line right-of-way (ROW) surveys
Land tie surveys
Prepare written descriptions, including:
"Metes and bounds" descriptions
"Centerline" descriptions for assigned projects
Support Functions:

Assist survey field crews and office personnel with:
Researching existing survey and real estate records
Contacting local and state agencies to gather right-of-way information
Transmitting completed project files and documentation
