Estimating candidates with Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES) and Army Corps of Engineer experience will get preference.

STATEMENT OF WORK
Atkins is requesting candidate resumes for one to two staff augmentation cost estimators (mid to Senior
Level) with the following experience:
Proficient with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) cost estimating software call Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES) or typically called MII software.
Experience performing cost estimates for the USACE, especially projects over $250M
Familiar with the USACE Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) work breakdown
structure
Experience estimating construction activities such as electrical installation estimating, concrete structure construction, industrial construction, etc.
Experience in deconstruction and decommissioning estimating (desired, not required)
Since the NFSS work is dealing with radioactive waste, estimator knowledge in this area would be helpful, but not required.
Must be a US citizen.
Work will be remote and currently there is no anticipated travel.
