Job Title: Senior I&C Planner
Pay rate: $80-$100 an hour
Per diem: $840 a week
Location: Tonopah, AZ
Duration: 1 year with extension expected

We are seeking a Work Planner to join our team in Tonopah, AZ. The Planner plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant execution of I&C upgrades and operational activities across the plant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in nuclear plant operations or I&C planning, an understanding of regulatory requirements (INPO/NRC), and the ability to develop high-quality work packages that ensure plant reliability and safety.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, schedule, and coordinate planning projects.

Have knowledge of power plant projects, and planning principles and practices for program and project planning.

Utilize automated systems to develop spreadsheets and graphics.

Responsibilities include establishment of project schedule activities and resource requirements, provide alternative recommendations, investigate and develop a detailed definition of work scope, reference applicable procedures, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

List required tools and any vendor requirements, etc., in preparing work packages.

Prepare and review packages in accordance with NRC, Federal and Site regulations and procedures. High School Diploma or GED required.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor�s degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Nuclear Technology, or related discipline (preferred).

Equivalent experience in nuclear maintenance or operations may be considered.

8+ years related experience that includes 2 years Nuclear Plant planning experience.

Strong knowledge of nuclear plant systems, structures, and components.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements including NRC, INPO, and QA standards.

Proficient in using CMMS (SAP, Maximo, or equivalent), Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.

Pay will be based off years of experiance. As we are hiring for multiple roles with different level of experience needed.
