Allied Power Services is currently seeking a Cost Analyst/Engineer to support their Nuclear contract in Maryland.

Job Overview:

Supports the Site Core Team with input and maintenance of site financial information in the cost management system. Manages the timeline, budget and risks of the work performed.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

� Maintains Cost Management System
� Verify charges and process weekly invoices
� Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Core Team, Senior Leadership Team and Client
� Provides analysis of cost variances and trends, assists with contingency tracking and risk monitoring
� Tracks work scope funding and timely payment authorization of invoices
� Supports creation and maintenance of Outage Load Boards
� Prepares Daily Outage Cost Reports
� Forecast cost projections and identifies cost trends for management attention
� Tracks project progress through the earned value process
� Develops resource / cash flow plans to project future resource needs
� Demonstrates skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing solutions to cost engineering problems
� Ability to support payroll as needed

Required Qualifications:

� 3-5 years� experience with cost controls processes
� Required to have a bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience in cost controls
� Proficient in select Microsoft Office programs � Access, Excel, Outlook

Nuclear experience a plus.
