Education & Experience:
PhD or master�s degree with specialized training or bachelor�s degree with extensive specialized training applicable to special needs of the task or professional certification. 30 or more years of experience; 20 or more years in an executive role or a highly specialized area applicable to the special or unique needs of the task; recognized as a national leader in applicable subject matter

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- Senior level program management experience in DOE and NNSA national program efforts; prior NNSA-HQ assignments desired
- Twenty (20) years DOE, DOD or NRC nuclear experience commensurate with education criteria.
- Minimum of ten (10) years executive level experience in managing line items projects and programs and/or providing executive level project management reviews.
- Demonstrate prior experience in establishing new organizations for new mission activities

Nice to Have:
- Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (L or Q) within the past two (2) years are preferred.
- Demonstrate prior operations experience at CLIENT facilities.
- Experience interfacing with both CLIENT and LANL pit program Leads.
- Knowledge of the pit program priorities essential to meet the schedule requirements for the 50 PPY mission at CLIENT
- Demonstrated working relationships with key pit program Sr. Leadership Team members at both CLIENT and LANL
