Wisconsin based NRC Approved Construction Project - Engineering, Procurement, Construction Coordinator

SHINE Technologies is seeking an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Coordinator to provide support on a variety of engineering activities for the Engineering teams. The Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Coordinator will act as liaison between the Procurement and Document Control organizations at SHINE. This is a high energy job that requires someone able to move around and communicate well, as well as own many processes and meetings.


The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $115,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary tasks of the EPC Coordinator may include the following:

Track non-conformances, requests for information, field engineering changes, and design engineering changes and assign engineers to disposition the requests
Supports comment compilation on owner acceptance reviews (OARs) for design documents
Owns the non-conformance log
Assists in procurement action request (PAR) generation for engineering
Supports Procurement activities for contract generation and change notices
Transmits completed documents to Records
Compiles lists of information from documents or databases
Tracks short-term action items related to engineering design and equipment procurements
Track installation drawings for construction, assuring that they have all data needed to install equipment in the field
Attend interface meetings between engineering, procurement, and construction and track action items created in the meetings
Attends Issues Management Report screening meetings in representation of Engineering
EPC Coordinator may also perform administrative duties as needed:

Support meeting arrangements with appropriate personnel
Takes and distributes meeting minutes on critical discussions
Checks and compiles status information for large, coordinated tasks
Supports coordination of onboarding efforts for new engineering staff

Requirements
Engineering degree from an accredited University
Ability to work independently/effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Strong time management skills and thorough record-keeping ability
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant�s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant�s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
