Long term instructor opportunity, requiring prior SRO License, ideally from a PWR plant. You'll be supporting a dynamic team of instructors on site.

The primary responsibility of the instructor is to properly implement and document the SAT process which includes the following tasks:
-Analyze subject material for new and revised training.
-Use the design process to determine job performance measures (JPMs), establish training settings, sequence training objectives, and identify test items from the objectives.
-Develop lessons for classroom and laboratory settings, JPM performance evaluations, and test questions.
-Implement developed training by being prepared to present the material and ensuring the instructional facilities and resources are adequate and ready to provide a quality learning experience.
-Evaluate training process by the collection of data, including test results, feedback, and the performance of post training evaluations.
