DESCRIPTION OF WORK � GENERAL
The Contractor shall support CPCCo in the completion of a nuclear safety documentation. This scope will include generating nuclear safety documents, reviewing documents provided by others, interfacing with permanent staff, interfacing with subcontract staff in preparing nuclear safety deliverables, and providing senior nuclear safety support to CPCCo plant operations.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK � SPECIFIC
1) The Contractor shall support CPCCo nuclear safety activities associated with developing, implementing, interpreting, and enforcing CPCCo facility Documented Safety Analysis (DSA) and Technical Safety Requirements (TSR).
a. Documents and Requirements � Prepare, review, and verify implementation of Nuclear Safety Basis, DSA and TSR documents and requirements.
b. Resolution of Unreviewed Safety Question (USQ) Determinations (USQD) issues.
c. Provide factual accuracy review of Safety Evaluation Reports (SERs).
d. Nuclear Safety-related assessments and/or walk-throughs.
e. Nuclear safety-related DOE orders and regulations compliance support, including CPCCo implementation of USQ guidance.
f. Support CPCCo in performance of routine and ad-hoc reviews, assessments, and oversight walk-downs of nuclear safety program adequacy, implementation, and compliance verification/oversight activities.
2) Provide USQ screenings, USQ determinations, and/or application of USQ categorical exclusions for work control documents, procedure revisions, modification packages, or other identified documents/changes.
