Job Description/Duties:

� Perform preventative maintenance and repairs (i.e., plumbing, painting, tile, etc.).
� Use mechanical, electrical, and gas power tools.
� Operate a forklift, backhoe, and skidster.
� Locals only (no per diem or relocation pay).

Qualifications/Required Skills:

� 4 years of Carpenter experience.
� 18 years of age is required.
� Pass a nuclear background check and drug screening.
� High School diploma or GED.
